How to determine your personal colors?
Color specialists sort out personal colors based on the hue and value of our skin, hair and eyes colors. The hue, or often referred to as βtemperatureβ, is about undertones of your skin. Oftentimes, you are a βcoolβ tone if you have pink or bluish shade in your skin, and you are a βwarmβ tone if you have yellowish shade under natural light. If youβre lost somewhere between the sentences, here is an easier check list for you.
Youβre a Cool tone if
β You have bluish or purplish vein
β You get red under the sun instead of getting tanned
Youβre a Warm tone if
β You have greenish vein
β You get tanned under the sun instead of getting red
Also, the value of your undertone β how light or dark the color appears- determines the βseasonβ of your personal color. That is to say, you could be referred to as spring/ summer if you belong to the lighter side, and fall/winter in the opposite cases.
So in short, there could be 4 different types of personal color type β Spring warm, Summer cool, Autumn warm and winter cool. Again, if youβre lost, weβve got you.
