03 Apply semicured gel

These were beautiful however I did not use the top coat so my hair kept getting pulled by the lift at the cuticle of the nail.
First, let me say I LOVE ohora! This set is so pretty! I have ordered several sets and this is my 4th that I have applied. I haven't really had any problems with the other 3 sets, but for some reason the pearl and the purple chip very easily for me. I haven't had any problems with the pink. I ordered the top coat, but haven't received it yet, so I am hoping this won't be a problem once I apply top coat.
This was the second set of Ohora I applied. My first set was El Dorado and they lasted 12 days, which was great for me. I have oily nail beds and I’m lucky if a gel manicure from a salon lasts me a week. Apparently, I did Ohora right the first time around and bumbled a bit when I used Day Dream, but it was a great learning experience. I accidentally left Day Dream slightly past the tip of my nails and within 2 days they all had chipped terribly. Since this had not happened with El Dorado, I knew it was me and not the product! I took them all off and reapplied Day Dream, making sure to trim the gel even with my nails (I can get two full uses out of one Ohora pack with a little trimming). Now, I’m on day 4 and Day Dream is holding up exceptionally well, just like El Dorado did before. Ohora is a fantastic product! Clean your nails, trim your cuticles, wash your hands, use the prep pad, press the gel down with the little stick so there are no air bubbles, make sure the gel is trimmed even with your nails, cure those babies on, and you should have a great experience :D
