You may place an order without creating an account, but keeping track of the previous order history may be unavailable.
Also, keep in mind that the corresponding rewards for the purchases will not be credited, and that we are not responsible for any disadvantages for not creating an account, such as the limits to using a certain discount code.
Your rewards points can be checked on the "REWARDS" icon, located at the bottom left corner on every page of the website.
Please refer to the OFFERS > REWARDS menu for more details as to how to earn and use the points.
Once you redeem the points for a discount code and click the “apply” button,
the code will automatically be applied to your cart.
If you wish to copy or check the code again, please check your email
as the code should have been sent to your email as well.
Once the cancellation was processed from our website, it takes a few days for the card company to approve the refund.
However, approval may be delayed by the payment company or the card company depending on their situations.
Please reach out to the corresponding card/payment company regarding additional issues.
There is a high possibility that you provided the incorrect email address when creating the account.
Please check the Invoice ID or the Authorization key from the receipt that you received, and forward it to the customer service so that we can find the correct email and the order number.
However, please be noted that any disadvantage caused by the incorrect email is the responsibility of the customer.
If your order was not processed yet, you may cancel your your order through the
[MY ACCOUNT] page,
or click the [edit/cancel] button on the order confirmation email.
If your order is unfulfilled but the website does not let you cancel the order,
please reach out to the customer service so that we can manually cancel the order for you.
However, you must reach out to us before 9 a.m. (KST) of the next weekday you placed the order,
in order to have your order canceled.
*Any cancellation requests made afterwards may not be eligible for cancellation although it is unfulfilled,
since the order was already processed.
NOTE:
- If you try editing something on the order, the system may automatically cancel your entire order.
In this case we cannot reprocess the order so please proceed with a new order.
- If you need help using the same discount code again, please contact help@vanity-table.com and we will help you out.
- If you already received the tracking number, cancellation cannot be done.
We accept PayPal and Paymentwall payments at the moment.
Please note that you may also use your debit/credit card by checking out as a guest on the PayPal payment page.
All prices listed on the VANITY TABLE website are listed in USD.
Unfortunately, we do not have gift options when placing an order.
Although including personal gift messages in the package is not allowed, any slip or receipt related to the product prices will not be included in the package, so you may submit the recipient’s shipping address when placing the order.
Customers who received our products
as gifts may exchange for another design or product if they pay for the round trip shipping cost.
At the moment, VANITY TABLE only ships to the following countries: Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, and the United States.
However, we are doing our best to expand our customer reach and will make it one of our short-term goals to ship worldwide in the near future.
*** USPS is available only in the Contiguous States.
For purchases from Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and Alaska, etc... DHL is the only available option right now. ***
IMPORTANT NOTICE: We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO (Army Post Office/Fleet Post Office/Diplomatic Post Office) addresses.
Please note that it takes 1-3 weekdays to process your order depending on the day you placed it.
Once your package is fulfilled, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
If you haven’t received an order confirmation email or a shipping confirmation email from us
after 5 days you placed the order,

[DHL] Please note that the destination showing on DHL's tracking system is the closest DHL service area to the customer's address. The address that the customer provided will not be reflected on the tracking service.
[USPS] If you chose USPS, please contact both our customer service and USPS at the same time. They will need your direct confirmation that you have not received the package.
*Please note that we can only look into and offer compensation for packages that have been delivered within a month since the date of fulfillment, as we are not authorized to keep the shipping records for more than a month.
Therefore, please contact our customer service as soon as possible so that we can help you with this issue.
All our products are shipped from Korea and are typically delivered within 4-5 weekdays (DHL) or 3 weeks (USPS) if there are no issues with your shipping address, customs, sold outs, and so forth. Once your package clears customs, the arrival time of your product at your doorsteps depends on the weather and how tightly packed of a schedule the deliveryman has gotten for the day.
Also, keep in mind that it takes us at least 2-3 days to process your order (or longer if you place your order on Fridays or the weekends).

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS $80+
If you chose DHL as your delivery serivce, your order has to be a minimum of USD $100 to qualify for free delivery, whereas if you chose USPS (US ONLY), your order has to be a minimum of USD $80.

TAXES AND CUSTOMS
International orders are subject to duties and taxes which are levied and collected by your country's customs authorities.
We have no control over these fees so the customs duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Please refer to the following to check the countries where taxes are mostly imposed.

Any package arriving in Canada from other countries will be charged for taxes,
but not for customs duties if the total price is between $40 and $100 (USD).
Tax exemption is only applied to orders under CAD 20.
[Australia]
Taxes are exempt for packages under AUD 1000.
[Singapore]
Taxes are exempt for packages under SGD 400.
NOTE:

We apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced.
If your package arrived damaged, please email us right away at help@vanity-table.com with
the photos requested below, as we need to report this to DHL:
1. Photo of the exterior packaging (cardboard box that contained all the items)
2. Photo of the items inside the exterior packaging
3. Photo of the actual item that was damaged/broken (showing that it cannot be used)
Also, please let us know if there was a bubble wrap that served for protection!
Please be noted that we can only help you within 14 days since the package was delivered.
We apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced.
In this case, we would kindly like to ask you for a photo
of all the items that you received, showing that your package is incomplete.
(Please show the side of each item box, where its product name is written)
Also, please provide a picture of the 4-digit barcode sticker attached to the cardboard box.
Your prompt reply would be appreciated, as we won't be able to
offer you compensation if a month has gone by since the fulfillment of the package.
Once we receive the picture that you provided, we will forward it to our warehouse
and check the video footage whether it was incorrectly packed.
Also, please do not open them if you received the items incorrectly.
There are several reasons as to why the package may be on hold.
The issue may be due to weather, customs, delivery delay, incorrect shipping address, no recipient, etc…
If there is a problem with the address or contact information, we will receive notification from DHL/USPS (US ONLY) in advance and will send you the related email.
Please do not worry as the package will soon continue with the delivery as soon as the issue is solved.
However, please reach out to our customer service if there is no update on the tracking for more than a week!
[DHL] If your order has not been fulfilled yet, please let us know as soon as possible
so that we can change the shipping address on our system.
However, please understand that although it was unfulfilled, we may not be able to change it
if the order was already processed the day before.
If your order was fulfilled and already received the tracking number,
please contact DHL right away regarding this issue.
We can forward the address to them but we cannot guarantee 100% that the address can be changed.
[USPS] Unfortunately, if you chose USPS as your shipping option, the address cannot be changed at all if the order was already processed or shipped out.
NOTE: If the package has already been delivered to the incorrect address, unfortunately DHL, USPS, nor Vanity Table can compensate for this matter.
Therefore, the customer has to retrieve the package from that place.
Any disadvantages occurred by incorrect shipping addresses are the responsibility of the customer.
Also, please be aware that in some cases, additional charges may be requested upon this change request.
[The following details only apply to DHL deliveries, not USPS]
Once the package arrives in your country, DHL will send a link to the customer through text message, which is called the ODD service.
The ODD service allows the customers to register a specific place/ date/ address so that DHL can deliver the package
without having to meet the courier and sign the package in person.
(The ODD will serve the same as your signature).
However, please keep in mind that when registering the ODD, the customer agrees to the fact that both the shipper (Vanity Table)
and DHL do not have any responsibility for lost packages, without exception.
Also, if the address or the contact number was provided incorrectly when the order was placed,
we cannot offer any compensation based on the agreement that the customer made when requesting the ODD.
We allow 14 day returns for all product. Please email help@vanity-table.com for the return details.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and any item given for free must be returned as well.
Note: The customer is responsible for round trip shipping costs for the returns.
You may return your items and place a new order if you want, but please be noted that the round trip shipping cost is on the customer.

*Adjust the length of tips with an enclosed nail file and a clipper.
FINGRE SUIT press-on nails last 5-7 days. It is highly recommended to remove within 7 days after the first application.
*Thoroughly wipe your nails with the prep pad to remove all residues on nails before application. Prep process makes a huge difference in the result.
Yes, as FINGER SUIT press-on nails are soft and flexible enough to trim, you may easily trim the excess length with a clipper and nail file.
Tips for enhancing adhesion:
1. Push back your cuticles before application
2. Wipe out all residues such as moisture and oil using the prep pad.
3. Choose a size a little smaller than the actual nails, and firmly press the tip on all sides.
4. Try bending the pieces to make them more flexible and to fit your nail curve.
5. Avoid using any lotion or come in contact with water at least for 1-2 hours after application.
Apply 1-2 drops of remover on the edges, and gently lift the edges with a wooden stick.
Then, apply few more drops into the gaps, and carefully lift off the whole tip.
*It is highly recommended using FINGER SUIT Easy-off Remover for gently and mild removal without any nail damage.
Unfortunately, FINGER SUIT press-on nails cannot be reused. The adhesive of the press-on nails may not stick to nails once it's removed.
FINGER SUIT products including press-on nails and all nail care products are toxin-free.

Even if our products are toxin-free, it is highly recommended to consult with a doctor before any usage when you are pregnant to ensure safety.
It protects your nail from damages caused by crack, air bubbles, oil, and moisture. So please apply the protection semi-cured gel before applying nails with gems.
Please be noted that the protection semi-cured gel is only included with the gem strips since it is used to protect your nails before applying the gem semi-cured gel on your nails.
To remove the semi-cured gel, please soak the enclosed wood stick repeatedly with a remover and push the stick gently from the edges to the cuticle to minimize your nail damage.
* Remover is NOT included in the package.
ohora semi-cured nail can last up to 10 - 14 days. However, please remember that it may depend on each individual's nail conditions.
Thoroughly rubbing the surface of the strips is the most important step, because the more you rub the better adhesion it will have.
Yes, the ohora semi-cured nails are made of the actual gel which are only cured up to 60%. Therefore, they must be cured with a UV lamp to be applied on your nails.
TIP 1: It is recommended to cure 1 to 3 times. Do not cure more, as over-curing may cause the nails to fall off easily.
TIP 2: It is compatible with any UV gel lamp. Our VANITY TABLE gel lamp is a small, portable lamp of 6 watts so if you are using a stronger gel lamp,
please cure 1-2 rounds only.
TIP 3: Please don't let the unused nails be exposed to the lights of lamp, which may cause them to get hardened.
*Vanity Table gel lamp is not a chargeable lamp, so it must be plugged in at all times.
For your information, you may feel a very strong heat on the nails when curing the top gel but it is a normal case that can happen so it won’t do any harm.
If you feel uncomfortable with the heat, please hold the lamp from a further distance
and take some pauses during the process.
Since ohora semi-cured nail contains 30 pieces in 15 different sizes, you can find the best size which is perfectly attachable to your sized nails. If you can't find your size, pick the closest size that might fit your nail and strecth it slightly to make it fit perfect.
* Make sure your hand and nail are clean and dry to keep its adhesion longer.
Please attatch the semi-cured gel in the opposite direction of cuticle line, apply it slightly apart from the cuticle line.
Base gel - when you remove, it may cause the damage to the surface of your nails due to an adhesion of base gel. We recommend you apply the ohora nails without a base gel.
Top gel - ohora semi-cured nail is already made with top gel, but if you want it last longer, we would recommend you to paint top gel polish on top and around the edges.
*You may use a gel polish if you want to paint it over the top.
The ohora nails can be used semi-permanently as long as they are stored correctly at a room temperature, without direct sunlight.
1. Avoid direct sunlight, and please store the unused strips in the black case included in the package box. Exposure to UV or sunlight may cause the semi-cured gel to get hardened.
2. Store the product at room temperature (68°F to 86°F). If stored under too cold/hot temperatures, the semi-cured gels may harden. In the case that happens, place the nails in a warm environment to make it soften back.
*Placing the hardened semi-cured gel sheets in a warm environment may help.
ohora semi-cured nail is safe and certified by various safety certification testing. However, we would recommend you to ask the doctor before using it if you are pregnant.
ohora semi-cured nails are designed to be stretched to fit several nail sizes
and each set contains 30 pieces in 15 different sizes.
If the nail strips are too big for your nails, you may cut the edges a little bit to fit your own nail size.
Or, you can cut them into half to apply on your toes and create a matching look with the nails.
If they are too small, please try using the wood stick to push and spread the edges of the strips,
as they are flexible and stretchable.

YURICA brush cleanser is a concentrated formula and should be diluted before use. Recommended dilution recipe is as follows:
- Small brushes(for lip & eye) – 180 ml water + 30ml cleanser
- Large brushes (for blusher & foundation) – 300ml water + 50ml
If you’d like to wash many brushes at once, you can reuse the diluted cleanser more than a few times to clean your brushes.

If this happens, stay calm, and see if there’s any extra space between the rubber holder and cleaner body.
You have to leave a few mm space between them in order for the spinner to work properly.
Also, when your spinner starts to slow down you have to replace the battery.
If you leave the formula to dry at least an hour, it will last all week without smudging or fading through moisture, humidity, and sweat.
*Tips for using
- Completely remove the oil and moisture on eyebrows before applying.
- Let it dry more than an hour for longer last.

EWG grade is given by the Environmental Working Group (EWG), an American non-profit environmental organization.
Grades are divided from 1 to 10 according to the safety and risk of the ingredients.
TITAD ‘s products are based on the safest EWG grade : the GREEN GRADE (0-2 grades) ingredients.
EWG Grades:
- Green grade (safety): Grade 0 ~2
- Yellow grade (normal): Grade 3 ~6
- Red grade (danger): Grade 7~10
Titad’s products has been formulated with EWG green ingredients and went through various dermatology tests to measure safety of the formula.
- Dental care products (toothpaste):
It is available for both pregnant women, infants, and children. However, for children under the age of 6, it is recommended to be used under the guidance of guardians to avoid sucking or swallowing toothpaste.
- Hair Care Products (Shampoo and Treatment):
Both pregnant women and children can use the product. But for infants and toddlers with relatively weaker skin, we recommend using exclusive products for infants and toddlers
- Body Care Products (Body Bar):
Pregnant women, infants, and children can all use it, but there may be individual differences.
※ For customers with weak or sensitive skin, it is recommended to test a small amount in advance on the inner part of your wrist

All items can be used within 30 months since the manufactured date, and within a year since the first use.
Please adjust the layering level of the essence, according to the skin type.
If you have oily skin, one layer would be enough.
We suggest two layers for normal skin and three layers for dry skin.
Both products contain ingredients that improve the moisturizing of your lips.
The lipstick contains beeswax and carmine, whereas the lip balm does not include any animal-related ingredients.
Since the emulsifier is not included in the lip products, oil can penetrate the wax due to the temperature difference and therefore create natural bubbles or stains on the surface.
You may use the product without concern!
We suggest you use and keep the items no longer than 6 months after first use.

All items of YULIP do not contain gluten or any other chemical ingredients, as they are all made of natural materials.
The color may seem to be different based on the brightness of the screen or depending on the individual's natural lip color.
Please understand that returns cannot be made due to unwanted color, unless it was not used.
The lipstick and the lip balm can be used by pregnant women since they consist of natural materials only.
However, we do recommend that children use the lip balm only, which does not include color.
